本会将于 2025 年 6 月 21 日（星期六）下午 1:00 至 4:00 在会所召开第十一届理事会第二次会员大会。
望会员积极参与，共同推动会务发展！
地点：卡城江浙上海联谊会会所 (#208 114 3 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0B6)
会员大会提案须知：
- 当届注册会员可实名提交提案，不接受临时提案；
- 可通过邮寄或投入会所提案箱方式提交；
- 截止时间：2025 年 6 月 18 日晚 6 点前。
Notice of 2025 Members’ Meeting
Dear Members,
The 2nd Members’ Meeting of the 11th Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Association office.
We sincerely invite all members to actively participate and work together to support the growth of our Association.
Venue: Calgary Jiang Zhe Shanghai Association (#208, 114 3 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0B6)
Proposal Guidelines:
- Proposals must be submitted with real names by current registered members. Last-minute or on-site proposals will not be accepted.
- Proposals can be submitted by mail or dropped into the proposal box at the office.
- Deadline: Before 6:00 PM on June 18, 2025
